Weight Loss and body confidence

Helping people with their weight loss and body confidence is one of my all-time biggest passions. Having been 23 stone in the past, I personally know what It feels like to live in a body that doesn’t feel my own. I couldn’t tie my shoelaces and my energy was second to none.

All of us know that in order to lose weight and change our bodies, we need to change what we eat and how we move. In fact, I’m sure you could write a book on it. However if we’ve battled with weight loss our entire life and we “know what to do” this tells us it’s not a conscious issue that’s holding us back from making progress in this area.

I don’t know about you, but I’d certainly felt I’d tried every diet out there with little/no success. The truth of the matter is that eating and moving differently only represents 20% of the journey. It’s our thoughts and feelings surrounding those actions that dictate whether we’re successful in our physical transformation.

80% of our success is determined by our psychology but more importantly…The psychology of our subconscious mind.

The people that come to see me for weight loss do so because they’ve tried everything else. They’ve attended the slimming groups, they’ve counted calories, syns, points, lost the same 10lbs more than 10 times and realised that if they’re going to try again – they’re going to do it in a sustainable way.

Life is a marathon and not a sprint, therefore everything we do in our sessions is done to ensure that in 30 years’ time – you’ve still lost weight.

Using proven hypnotic tools, we’ll work together to re-programme your subconscious mind so it supports your conscious decision to commit to change for good!

It’s quicker, easier and less painful to lose weight with hypnotherapy with the added bonus of:

  • Ban Foods

  • Drink Shakes

  • Take Pills

  • Count Calories

  • Have Fun

  • Create sustainable change

  • Make it effortless

Case Study

When Gemma came to see me, she really had tried it all – including appetite suppressants that are now illegal!

She had a liver condition that was only being made worse by her weight and decided it was truly time to do something about.

I saw Gemma over the course of 3 months and in that time, she had lost 2 stone – effortlessly, and I mean truly effortlessly.

She didn’t go to the gym, she didn’t participate in sports and she didn’t get involved in HIIT classes. She could eat whatever she wanted whenever she wanted.

For the first time ever, she was making better food choices without really having to think about it. When she thought about making changes her to diet or lifestyle, she would ask these questions.

  1. Is this effortless?
  2. Could I do this for the next 30 years without feeling deprived?

If the answer was no, then we’d throw that idea in the bin and wouldn’t touch it again.

Not only was this easy. It was actually fun, and we got to laugh – a lot!

This is what she had to say:

“I met with Lester over 10 sessions to help identify, discuss and improve my relationship with food. I was quickly put at ease and never felt awkward discussing personal things with him. Our discussions evolved organically, and he helped me to set my own goals and achieve them with what felt like no “hard work” being involved. The care from him to help is from a genuine place and it was a pleasure working with him to achieve the goals I set and to continue with the lifestyle choices I made during our sessions. Would not hesitate to recommend Lester and would use his services again in the future should the need arise.”
