YOUR SESSION SET-UP
- Set yourself up in a comfortable and safe environment where you won't be disturbed by family, friends or enthusiastic pets
- Sit yourself upright in a soft desk chair/sofa that you know makes you feel comfortable
- Please set your camera or webcam up so that the top half of your body can be seen (the top of your head all the way down to your hands resting on your lap) so that your hypnotherapy sessions can be tailored to your body language
- Feel free to use cushions and blankets to make yourself as comfortable as possible for the hypnosis
- Click on the Zoom link at the start of the session (support can be given If needed)
- Ensure the wifi is strong enough to maintain high quality video call
- Put your phone on silent/do not disturb/flight mode so that you won't be interrupted.

OUR SESSION PRINCIPLES
- We're both adults and so you can use any language you feel comfortable with to express how you feel
- We will celebrate your wins within the session
- We never pretend things are better than they are, but that never stops us from striving towards progress
- Everything we do is based on honesty, we'll never want you to say something in the hope of pleasing the therapist. The only right answer to any question is the one that's true for you.
- All sessions are 100% discreet and confidential unless the therapist believes you or another are at risk of harm.
